The plaintiffs haven’t plausibly made their case under the Sherman Act because they haven’t established that Tesla repair services and Tesla-compatible parts are relevant single-brand aftermarkets, said Judge Trina Thompson of the US District Court for the Northern District of California in a Nov. 17 order dismissing the case with leave to amend.
