Tennis Group Barred From Threatening Players in Antitrust Suit

ATP Tour Inc. is prohibited from retaliating against potential class members of an antitrust case filed against the tennis organization, after a federal judge determined the group tried to coerce them into rejecting the suit.

Judge Margaret M. Garnett of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York on Wednesday in part granted the plaintiffs’ motion for an order that would restrict the tennis group from communicating with would-be class members.
