T-Mobile Fails to End Customer Antitrust Claims Over Sprint Deal

T-Mobile US Inc. will face antitrust claims over its $26 billion acquisition of Sprint Corp. after an appeals court denied its bid to appeal a lower court ruling.

In a Thursday ruling, the Seventh Circuit rejected T-Mobile’s request to appeal a district court decision that gave the customer plaintiffs antitrust standing to argue the deal led to higher prices.
