T-Mobile Allowed to Appeal Antitrust Standing in Sprint Lawsuit

T-Mobile US Inc. won the right to appeal an antitrust judicial order that allowed wireless customers to sue the company over its $26 billion acquisition of Sprint Corp.

Judge Thomas Durkin of the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on Wednesday granted T-Mobile’s motion to appeal his previous ruling that plaintiffs had antitrust standing to pursue the case.

T-Mobile can now appeal the case to the Seventh Circuit.
