Suzanne Somers, QVC Settle Dispute Over Nutritional Supplements

QVC Inc. and actress Suzanne Somers have settled a dispute in a federal court in Philadelphia that began when Somers accused the at-home shopping business of using a distribution deal to catch and kill her nutritional supplements line.

The two sides filed a joint stipulation in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania notifying Judge Chad F. Kenney that Somers had dismissed her claims with prejudice.
