A nationwide Stetson hat distributor has resolved claims that it unlawfully ended its longstanding relationship with a Tennessee retailer whose owner invoked Holocaust imagery in a social media post opposing Covid-19 vaccine mandates, according to federal court filings in Nashville.
The two sides docketed a joint stipulation Tuesday dismissing the case from the US District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, saying they had settled antitrust claims brought by the retailer, HatWrks LLC, against the distributor, RHE Hatco Inc.
