Sportradar Accused by Rival of Live Sports League Data Monopoly

Sports technology firm Sportradar Group AG has been sued in federal court for declining to provide a software company with access to live official major league sports data needed to generate betting odds in the US.

Altenar Technologies Ltd. alleges that Sportradar reneged on its promise to supply Altenar with official league data for the NBA, NHL, and MLB, according to a complaint Tuesday in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey.
