Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits LLC wants a court to toss an FTC lawsuit alleging the alcohol distributor engaged in illegal price discrimination, saying the agency’s “vague generalizations” fail to establish any real harm.
The company in a Monday court filing also seized on dissents that two Republican commissioners made in December 2024, when the agency’s then-Democratic majority voted to bring the case.
