Slack in Talks With U.S. Antitrust Authorities Over Microsoft

Slack Technologies Inc. is in talks with U.S. authorities over Microsoft Corp.’s behavior with its Teams product, the company’s general counsel said on a press call after filing an antitrust complaint to the European Union against the software maker.

  • Slack general counsel David Schellhase said the company is “having conversations with relevant U.S.” authorities,” adding it’s not ruling out actions in other jurisdictions.
