Six more people were indicted on antitrust charges in an ongoing broiler chicken investigation, the Department of Justice said in a statement.
- The six additional defendants are Timothy Mulrenin, William Kantola, Jimmie Little, William Lovette, Gary Roberts and Rickie Blake; Lovette was CEO of a chicken supplier headquartered in Colorado
- A three-count superseding indictment charges a total of 10 executives and employees at chicken producers for a conspiracy to fix prices and rig bids for broiler chicken products from at least 2012 until at least early 2019
