Sika, Other Concrete Price-Fixing Suits Transferred to New York

Several suits accusing Sika AG, Cie. de Saint-Gobain SA, and other firms of fixing the price of concrete additives were transferred to a New York court.

The US Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation in mid-April had consolidated several cases to the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, and last week entered a conditional order to transfer another group of suits originally filed in states including California, Minnesota, Mississippi, and Pennsylvania.
