SAP On Track to Dodge EU Antitrust Fine Over Software Probe

SAP SE is on track to dodge an antitrust fine as the European Union will seek feedback on an offer from the software giant to settle an investigation into its software management program.

The Brussels-based European Commission will soon begin a market test of commitments filed by SAP earlier this week to allay allegations of anticompetitive conduct over its Enterprise Resource Planning software, according to people familiar with the matter.
