Spins LLC and Circana must face claims they blocked a rival from competing in the market for data analytics for packaged goods after a judge denied their bids to end the case.

Judge Nina Y. Wang of the US District Court for the District of Colorado ruled late last week that Crownalytics, a consulting firm offering data analytics services, adequately inferred an unlawful agreement between Spins and Circana.
