Red Bull Loses EU Court Fight Over Antitrust Dawn Raids

Red Bull GmbH lost a European Union court fight against antitrust raids on its premises as part of a probe into a suspected illegal cartel.

Judges at the EU’s General Court in Luxembourg tossed out a challenge against the 2023 inspections, saying competition regulators from the European Commission had acted within their rights.
