Red Bull Loses Bid to Stop EU’s Antitrust Abuse Searches

Red Bull GmbH lost a bid to block European Union officials in their hunt for evidence of possible antitrust violations, following raids on the firm’s premises.

The Austrian energy-drink maker had been seeking to halt further action in the investigation until a judgment on the legality of the raids — and the collection of swathes of documents —, which were conducted in March in Austria, France and the Netherlands, according to an order published Friday.
