Publishers, Advertisers Get Partial Win in Google Ad Tech Suit

A group of publishers and advertisers got a partial procedural victory in a case accusing Alphabet Inc.'s Google unit of monopolizing the worldwide markets for ad servers and ad exchanges in violation of federal antitrust laws.

Judge P. Kevin Castel of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York on Monday granted summary judgment on a set of issues that Google is now precluded from relitigating.
