Ports of Antwerp, Bruges Get Belgian Competition Nod for Merger

Havenbedrijf Antwerpen, Maatschappij van de Brugse Zeehaven receive approval for planned merger into integrated port enterprise Port of Antwerp-Bruges, according to emailed statement from the Belgian Competition Agency.
