De Lage Landen Financial Services Inc. and Philips Medical Capital are facing a suit alleging they withheld access to financing and leasing programs necessary for respiratory device suppliers to compete in the US.
Respiratory device suppliers Dynamic Healthcare Services Inc. and Hometown Oxygen Pittsburgh LLC accuse the companies of engaging in an conspiracy to foreclose them from being able to purchase the devices, which violated the Sherman Antitrust Act, according to a complaint filed Monday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
