Paramount Names Ex-US Antitrust Chief Delrahim as Legal Officer

Paramount Skydance Corp. named Makan Delrahim as chief legal officer, appointing the former head of antitrust enforcement at the US Justice Department in President Donald Trump’s first term.

Delrahim, 55, will oversee legal, regulatory, compliance and public policy matters for Paramount, the parent of CBS and MTV, including oversight of the government relations team. He joins Paramount from Latham & Watkins LLP, the company said Thursday in a statement.
