Oregon Compliance Firm to Face PharmacyChecker Antitrust Claims

Oregon-based pharmacy compliance firm LegitScript must face antitrust claims in a drug import legality suit brought by PharmacyChecker.com LLC after a federal judge rejected its motion to end the case.

LegitScript has “not met its burden to justify summary judgment based on its argument that PharmacyChecker lacks either antitrust injury or antitrust standing,” Judge Michael Simon of the US District Court for the District of Oregon said in a Wednesday ruling.
