NYC Tour Bus Companies Hit With Monopolization Suit by Rival

The smallest of New York City’s three double-decker “hop on, hop off” tour bus lines is accusing its larger rivals and two other companies of conspiring to monopolize New York’s sightseeing market.

An antitrust complaint filed March 29 in Manhattan federal court alleges Gray Line New York Tours Inc. and Big Bus Tour Group Holdings Ltd. have used their dominant position to bully the city’s top tourist attractions out of doing business with Go New York Tours Inc.
