Nvidia Told It May Get French Antitrust Charges ‘One Day’ (1)

Nvidia Corp. was publicly named by the head of France’s antitrust agency as a target of a probe into chips used in AI, but he said a formal complaint isn’t “imminent.”

“There would be a statement of objections one day if the investigation progresses, which I don’t know at this stage,” Benoit Coeure said during a Paris press conference on Monday, referring specifically to a case involving Nvidia.
