NCAA Strikes $303 Million Antitrust Deal With Volunteer Coaches

The NCAA reached a $303 million deal with thousands of Division I volunteer coaches to settle claims that the organization’s rules fixed their compensation at zero.

If approved, the deal would compensate more than 7,700 coaches designated as “volunteers” in sports other than baseball for unpaid work from 2019 to 2023.
