Mygrant, Interstate Must Face Auto Glass Boycott Conspiracy Suit

Auto glass wholesalers Mygrant Glass Co. and Interstate Glass of Amityville NY LLC can’t dodge claims they led a group of manufacturers in a scheme to drive rival OEM Glass Network Inc. out of the market, a Brooklyn federal judge ruled.

“If plaintiffs’ allegations here are insufficient to allege an agreement between the wholesaler defendants, the court is not sure what kind of allegations could, as a practical matter, allege such an agreement,” Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis wrote Jan. 31.
