Morrison Sues Volvo, Paccar’s DAF Over Truck Pricing Cartel

U.K. grocer Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc has filed a competition suit against manufacturer Volvo AB and Paccar Inc’s DAF Trucks over their involvement in a pricing cartel for the sale of large delivery trucks.

The retailer, which is currently weighing competing private equity bids for its business, sued the manufacturers in London on Tuesday. It’s seeking to recoup damages from the firms.
