Lawyers in UFC Case Seek Nearly $125 Million in Awards, Expenses

Lawyers representing plaintiffs in a decade-long wage and antitrust dispute against Ultimate Fighting Championship asked a federal judge to award them nearly $125 million in attorneys’ fees and reimbursed expenses.

Berger Montague PC, Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll PLLC, and Joseph Saveri Law Firm LLP filed a request Dec. 20 in the US District Court for the District of Nevada seeking an award of $115.2 million, which is 30.72 percent of the $375 million settlement that a judge preliminarily approved in October.
