Koch Foods Inc. reached an agreement in principle to settle antitrust claims it colluded to suppress workers’ wages at poultry processing plants and other facilities.
Worker plaintiffs and Koch filed a notice Tuesday in the US District Court for the District of Maryland that they reached the undisclosed deal in a long-standing case that accuses the nation’s largest chicken producers of conspiring to fix and depress the hourly wages and benefits paid to plant workers.
