Know Your Judge: Miami’s Federico Moreno Takes on New Port Case

This week in Know Your Judge, we sift the docket of U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida Judge Federico A. Moreno, who has been serving on the federal bench since 1990 and as a judge for more than 30 years.

Moreno was on President Donald Trump’s list of 25 potential nominees to replace Justice Anthony Kennedy on the Supreme Court, a position for which he ultimately chose Circuit Judge Brett Kavanaugh.
