Jubilant Radiopharma Hit With New Suit Alleging Monopoly Scheme

Jubilant Draximage Inc. faces a new antitrust lawsuit alleging a conspiracy to monopolize the market for “radiopharmaceuticals” used in medical imaging and some cancer and thyroid treatments.

The Canadian company, which does business as Jubilant Radiopharma, has engaged in a “multi-faceted scheme” to dominate the radiopharmaceutical market, according to the proposed class action filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama.

The suit was filed by Ionsouth-Mobile LLC, an independent nuclear pharmacy, and UPPI LLC, an association of nuclear pharmacies.
