Israel Communications Minister Yoaz Hendel approves merging Bezeq International and Yes satellite TV, Bezeq’s Internet and TV broadcast units, ministry says in text message

• Ministry sets conditions intended to ensure that Bezeq International customers aren’t harmed by the decision, that the standard of service is maintained, and that competition in the market is preserved
