India Top Court Puts on Hold Antitrust Probe Against Flipkart

A three-judge Supreme Court panel headed by Chief Justice S.A. Bobde stayed an order by National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, and said it will hear Flipkart’s petition in detail later.
