Henry Schein, Patterson Face Revived Dental Supply Boycott Suit

Henry Schein Inc., Patterson Cos., and Benco Dental Supply Co. must face a revived lawsuit accusing the country’s three biggest dental suppliers of unlawfully boycotting an online distribution portal and all of its suppliers.

IQ Dental Supply Inc. will get a second shot at its claim that it faced an unlawful boycott led by the three companies, which together control 80 percent of the dental supply market, a federal appeals court ruled May 10.
