H&R Block Says No-Poach Plaintiff Unsuitable to Lead Class Case

H&R Block Inc. is arguing in Missouri federal court that a former employee is unfit to lead a class action over the tax preparer’s “no poach” agreements because she has no legal basis for even her individual claims.

The proposed class action accuses H&R Block and its franchises of conspiring to keep wages down by agreeing not to solicit one another’s employees.
