Grassley Urges DOJ Review of Cargill Plan to Buy Sanderson Farms

U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley is urging the Justice Department’s antitrust division to “thoroughly examine” the proposed acquisition of chicken producer Sanderson Farms by Cargill and Continental Grain.
