Google Convinces Judge to Toss Antitrust Suit Over GPS Mapping

Alphabet Inc.'s Google prevailed again in a case accusing the tech giant of using its power to dominate the GPS navigation market after a federal judge tossed the plaintiffs’ second amended complaint.

Judge Richard Seeborg of the US District Court for the Northern District of California on Monday dismissed a proposed class action brought by digital advertising business Dream Big Media and other plaintiffs, stating that their claims fail to allege anticompetitive conduct.
