Google Ad Tech Antitrust Case Set for Texas Trial in March 2025

Alphabet Inc.‘s Google will face a trial next year in an antitrust case brought by a group of state attorneys general led by Texas that sued the company over its dominance in the advertising technology market.

The trial will begin March 31, 2025, at the federal courthouse in Plano, Texas, and is expected to last four weeks, Judge Sean D. Jordan of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas said in a Tuesday order.
