GoDaddy Loses Bid to Toss Antitrust Claims Brought by Competitor

Website host GoDaddy.com LLC must face antitrust claims that it discouraged customers from using the software tools of a rival through an unlawful agreement.

Judge Anthony J. Trenga of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia in a Thursday order denied GoDaddy’s motion to dismiss, saying plaintiff Entri LLC plausibly alleged an unreasonable restraint of trade.
