Germany Clears NortonLifeLock Acquisition Of Avast

German antitrust watchdog Bundeskartellamt clears NortonLifeLock’s plans to acquire the cyber security software provider Avast, according to statement.

  • Despite the high combined market shares, the merger project does not raise any concerns under competition law, according to the watchdog
