General Dynamics Corp. and other shipbuilders prevailed in litigation accusing them of agreeing not to recruit employees from each other, after a judge granted their motion to end the case.

Judge Anthony Trenga of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia in an April 19 ruling granted the companies’ joint motion to dismiss, saying the naval engineers’ antitrust claims were time-barred due to a four-year statute of limitations.
