Scientific Games Corp. was dismissed from an antitrust suit following a $72.5 million deal with a rival that accused the gaming giant of monopolizing the card shuffler market.
Plaintiff TCS John Huxley America Inc. on Tuesday filed a notice in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, saying all of its claims against Scientific are dismissed with prejudice.
The suit is now officially closed against the Las Vegas-based company, a major supplier of gaming machines, table game products, and online games.
