Lina Khan is raising alarm over the “astronomical costs” of pursuing big-ticket antitrust lawsuits, as she prepares to depart the Federal Trade Commission.
Khan, who will leave the agency Jan. 31 after three-plus years in charge, urged Congress to address the issue, which she argued is now one of the biggest barriers to effective antitrust enforcement across the US.
