FTC Probes Uber Eats on Acquisitions, Partnerships: Information

The U.S. FTC is probing Uber Eats over acquiring or striking partnerships in the delivery of alcohol and convenience store items space rather than competing against them, The Information reports, citing two people familiar with the matter.

  • FTC issued subpoenas to Uber and its rivals over certain data
  • Spokespeople for Uber, Gopuff and the FTC declined to comment to The Information
