France’s antitrust authority fines Mariage Frères €4 million for undermining distributors’ commercial freedom for about 15 years, according to statement from Autorité de la Concurrence.
- The company banned distributors from selling its teas online and from reselling them to other distributors
- Mariages Frères prevented consumers from benefiting from competitive prices, antitrust says
