NFL Player Terrelle Pryor Sues NCAA, Ohio State, Big Ten (1)

Former NFL player and Ohio State University football quarterback Terrelle Pryor sued the NCAA on Friday, joining a slew of other athletes claiming the organization deprived them of capitalizing on their name, image and likeness.

Pryor, a starting quarterback for the Buckeyes from 2008 to 2010 who led the team to two Big Ten Championships, alleges the NCAA conspired with Ohio State to lower compensation for his publicity rights and NIL in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, according to a proposed class action complaint filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
