Fluor Accused of No-Poach, Wage-Fixing Conspiracy by Contractor

A unit of Fluor Corp. was sued Friday by a former subcontractor who claims the company enforced illegal wage-fixing and anti-poaching agreements that robbed him and others of fair pay.

Fluor Federal Services Inc. conspired with several other contractors to restrict workers’ mobility and suppress their wages, according to a proposed class action filed by plaintiff John Herzog in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
