Online marketplace Faire Wholesale Inc. is facing a new antitrust suit alleging that the e-commerce business unlawfully acquired its monopoly market position by deploying anticompetitive tactics.
The plaintiff, wholesale marketplace company Tundra Inc., alleged that Faire violated the Sherman Act and California’s Unfair Competition Law by implementing exclusionary agreements with brands and retailers to block rivals from gaining a foothold in the market.
