Exela Technologies Inc. affiliates have resolved litigation over claims that the business logistics company hid assets to avoid paying a $58 million court judgment, according to a court filing in Delaware.
The company docketed a stipulation Thursday dismissing the case from Delaware’s Chancery Court, joined by former SourceHOV Holdings Inc. investors who brought the lawsuit to claim they were underpaid in the complex 2017 merger that created Exela.
