Executive of Taiwan Auto Lights Maker Pleads Guilty in Price-Fixing Conspiracy

A high-ranking executive of a Taiwan aftermarket auto lights manufacturer pleaded guilty and awaits sentencing for participating in an international conspiracy to fix the prices of aftermarket auto lights, the Department of Justice announced Sept. 26 (U.S. v. Eagle Eyes Traffic Industrial Co. Ltd., N.D. Cal., No. CR 11 0488 RS).

Homy Hong-Ming Hsu, the vice chairman and second-highest ranking officer of Eagle Eyes Traffic Industrial Co.
