Red Bull Targeted in EU Raids Over Suspected Cartel (2)

Red Bull GmbH’s premises were raided by European Union antitrust regulators over suspicions the energy drinks firm may be running an illegal cartel.

The inspections were carried out “in various member states,” the European Commission said in an emailed statement Tuesday, without giving further details or identifying the firm.

A spokesperson for Red Bull confirmed that officials had targeted the Austrian company and said it “will cooperate with them in any matters that may concern them.”
