Epic Systems Corp. is facing an antitrust suit alleging the software giant monopolizes the electronic health records market and blocked a rival from competition.
Particle Health Inc., a patient health platform founded in 2018, accuses Epic of violating federal antitrust laws by cutting off access to records data for Particle’s customers and stoking security concerns, according to a Monday complaint in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
